Wow, this is amazing. Why do you guys post opinions that are not the least bit based on factual information?

Booker is averaging 4.5 yards per carry and 8.5 yards per catch, with most of those catches out of the backfield. In the last game alone, he had a handful of receptions that went for 10 yards or more and had two runs that went for 10 yards or more (11 and 16). Moreover, he has repeatedly juked defenders so badly that they were not even able to put a hand on him.

Some of you are never happy. We finally have a guy that can make people miss and has enough acceleration to make a 2-yard gain into a 10-yard gain (the essence of being a north-south runner) and somehow that's now a detriment.

Fans see his ability, coaches see his ability (which is why he's gotten an increased role) and virtually every media pundit sees it.

Yet somehow, you guys are stuck in negativity mode.

    Unbelievable.

I watched Parcells press conference and he said he didn't want any thugs or hoodlums on the team. He didn't want bad character guys or problem children,
How do you think he will view Ricky Williams and Joey Porter in that regard? Surely Ricky Williams is one of the biggest problem children the Dolphins have ever had.

We don't need to draft a RB on day one. Maybe on day two of the draft.

I like Brown, Williams, Gado, and Booker.

The Gado/Booker combo had better stats and results than Chatman. Gado showed better hands than Chatman.

Also remember that Chatman got hurt and was still playing hurt as well. I will take Brown, Chatman, Gado, and move Booker to WR.

I will be VERY surprised if Ricky is on this team next year. He doesnt seem to fit the Parcells type player so I think he will be traded. I also hope we keep Gado. He might not be the fastest RB, but he plays very hard and seems to have a lot of heart. Ronnie, Gado, and Booker.

    Colorado Dolfan ...dirty drownin' man?

Despite his heroics, the Vikings are the same place as the 'Phins this year: Not in the playoffs.

    Not worth it.

If you can't get a viable RB corps out of Brown, Williams, Chatman, Gado, and Booker you're not trying hard enough.

RB is not a weakness on this team, IMO.

Brown and Chatman at HB. If Ricky wants to play use him as a Recieving FB. Continue to convert Booker to a WR. And as well as Gado did the few games we used him I cant imagine keeping him around with everyone else that we have.

Jesse Chatman reminds me of Leroy Hoard. He makes the most of somewhat limited ability. On a good team hes a valuable role player, on a bad team hes the starter.

I'd tender him at the 2nd round level and hope somebody bites.

To bad we all can't see the future but if Ricky will be here next year and motivated to play with all of training camp behind him and all the preseason games under his belt we have the best RB in the league...there's no doubt in my mind that he still has it..I just hope there smart enough to see that.
I really like Booker...I haven't had that much fun watching a Dolphin RB since Ricky in 2002. I've watched football for a long time and I've never seen a RB or at any position fake out people like him at the NFL level. And he has amazing hands. But he's definitely not an every down back and never will be...but I'm really looking forward to seeing more of him.
And hopefully Ronnie fully recovers from the injury. It be nice to see him and Ricky together again.
