Another drop for Waddle. Defended never touched that ball Feeley. Hit Waddle right int he face/shoulder
Punt coverage has been horrible all season. it’s like the team just forgot to come out for the 2nd half.
If McDaniel challenged these guys at halftime to go out and play with pride for their "brand" there should be alot of embarrassed players there alongside their head coach.
Plenty of time. This was mismanaged and misplayed by the offense all the way around in the second half.
This is a bull**** game. I don't even care about the first half. The second half has erased any good in the first. Again, a team we should handily beat is back in this game. Ridiculous.
Complete shift in focus and gameplan. McDaniel almost overly cocky trying to throw the ball around with skylar Thompson when Tua was failing at it. Just ridiculous.
Back to having the worst OL in the NFL again. Hard to see more than 3 wins through the rest of the season with some of the pass rushes we’ll be facing
lol this team keeps finding different ways to win. Kinda crappy way this time though, great first half sloppy 2nd half. Regardless, we're 8-3 now and neck and neck to win the division. That's really all that matters. The real test comes now, on the road against the 49ers, Chargers and Bills. This is where we'll see if we're really championship caliber or not.
I think we can eek out two more wins, even without Armstead. That just means one-and-done in the playoffs though. Would be great if the defense could carry the team again, but we lack the secondary depth right now.
Spoiler: We are not WITHOUT Armstead. The OL is a mess without him. It becomes a question of whether Miami can sneak into the playoffs, but then get toasted in the wildcard round.
Yeah.. just like all the spoilers throughout the season saying this season was no different than previous seasons, or that Tua would eventually show he's not a true franchise QB, etc. etc. etc. This team will adapt, even without Armstead. Doesn't mean we'll win the next 3 (even with him), but this team is different. Just watch. We're not only getting into the playoffs we're going to win at least one playoff game. We'll see who's right.
lol!! Doug Pederson going for a 2-point conversion instead of an extra point for OT leads to a Baltimore loss. With the Titans losing, we're now in the hunt for the #2 seed in the AFC, tied with Buffalo and behind #1 seed KC. VERY important if we make the playoffs to have potentially 2 home field playoff games. Shaping up nicely!
Good win, but this team is going to have to find some resilience moving forward. Especially with Armstead getting hurt. Hopefully it isn't all that bad. IDK? Pectoral muscle? If it's torn he's done right? Anyway...I thought we benched Tua a little too early but I understand why we did it. While the game itself didn't turn out to be a trap game for us, Tua getting hurt in a blowout that we were on the better end of would have been typically par for the course. I think San Fran is definitely a winnable game next week, but it's not going to be easy. That is a tough football team we're going up against and it's going to be a close one. We took care of business these last few weeks against suspect competition, but now it's time to see what this team can do against the upper echelon. I'm excited to see what happens.
I don’t feel good about that game at all. SF has a top tier defense and can get to the QB. We saw what happened to this offense once Armstead went down and SF is better than Hou.
