Brian Flores is not an idiot like the Dolphins have wanted you to believe. There’s a reason he soured on Tua.
He's exposed himself. 150% self inflicted mistakes, not a Defense taking advantage of him and exposing him. It's all on him, 150%.
Let's also not forget...we are playing the last man drafted. And they have an undrafted rookie running back that he's handing it to.
No words, just no words for this. Something not right between Tua’s ears, he’s missing passes a high schooler can make.
Brian Flores is 110% an idiot. I think you need to take a step back into reality here bro. You don't throw out the entire season of work over one game.
We see this every year from him late in the season. He's not mentally tough. He's soft like the rest of the team.
That will be the story all week that he got exposed by a great defence. It’s nothing of the sort, he just couldn’t hit a cow in the arse if he was holding its tail.
Why are these end of year losses never close too. They are always in such depressing/beat down ways that show we aren’t close. They are never close.
Anyone that actually watched this game would know better though. Plays have been there all damn day. He's just missed them. Has the defense broken up a pass yet today? Maybe Warner did on one over the middle early on. Other than that, it's been open guys that Tua has flat out missed. That's the vast majority of his incompletions, all on him not due to the defense just himself.
Stat sheets show 3 pass breakups for SF today. The other 9 incompletions to this point are flat out poor throws from Tua to open WR's, and of course the 2 picks which were also just awful throws, not a defensive masterpiece.
Wow, just a perfect throw from Tua right there to Hill for the TD. That's the Tua we've seen all year right there on that drive!!! FINALLY
Tuas limp is extremely pronounced now when he’s walking. That ankle was a real thing on the practice report all week.
Yet another wiiiiiiide open WR against this "vaunted defense" and Tua finally hits them on this drive including the deep shot. Again; this is all on Tua, not SF's Defense today. Hopefully he's got it sorted out now because he looked himself on that drive
I saw McDaniel go Over and talk to Tua after that 2nd interception…then Tua got off the bench with an enraged determined look in his eyes. I don’t know what McDaniel said but it sure worked!!!
