That is fine about his concussions, but nothing says he will be good going forward with the concussions

The curse theory is relatively accurate, but it’s the curse of Joe Robbie. Because the Robbie family had to pay egregious estate taxes on the inheritance of the team, they eventually had to sell the team to Huizenga in 1994.

What’s the Dolphins record been since 1994?

The curse was alive and well before the Robbie family had to sell. Remember David Overstreet?

I say it's fool's gold because people are looking at stats, and saying "he played at X level!" except those stats aren't really a good representation because of a variety of reasons. So I really think it's a case where stats are deceiving, and it's fool's gold because you're only gonna get those stats for some of a season, because he can't stay healthy.

Yes, sorry, not sure how I forgot that one. I'm on record as stating that loss is completely on the defense. The offense played well enough to win that game (although they still sucked when it mattered). And that is sort of my issue with this team. It seems like every facet fails when it matters.

This, dolphins have been cursed ever since we moved out of the orange bowl and built the new stadium on old indian burial grounds.

I'm actually surprised that in this new woke, tear down statues rename sports teams culture that we're in, that there isn't more pressure on the Dolphins to relocate off that site.

It means nothing except that it is one of the stats with the strongest correlation to winning.

The Packers where actually rated #2 against the pass before the game. They are a terrible run defence but are very, very good against the pass. They were averaging only giving up 180 yards per game and we had more than that in the first half.

During this 5 game loss streak we have been in with a chance of winning every single game. All 5 were close into the 4th quarter until the defence allowed a long, time consuming drive that killed the game in all 5 of them. Yes the offence stalled at inopportune times, our kicker shat the bed and missed kicks that would have put us ahead and the defence folded like a deck chair when really required. It's been a frustrating failure in every aspect of the game.

Unlike some I'm not all doom and gloom for next season. We were missing 9 starters against the Patriots and we should still have won, the team is completely beat up and these injuries are causing more issues than people realise due to playing most of the season with them.

I also see the bright side in the OL, we have managed to get guys from the street like Shell and Lamm who actually did their job. This gives me hope that McDaniel and co can find 1 or 2 serviceable guys from free agency that won't cost the earth.

Get rid of Boyer, get a couple of LB's that can actually do more than run blitz, get some healthy DB's and let McDaniel find a couple of OL and TE's that he actually wants. The fact that we have been competitive at all over the last few weeks with these injuries is actually encouraging.

You have to be really special to believe there is a curse on a football stadium.

    I didn't say there was a curse.

I stated a fact, the stadium is built on an Indian burial site. You can extrapolate that however you like.

I don't think you know how or when to apply the word extrapolate. lol

Anyway, when others have brought up a "curse", just on this last page alone, you made your one of your adamant "period after every word" statements.

Then hitman of course says there is definitely a curse due to the burial grounds, to which you then "liked".

I guess people still believe in Santa Claus and the tooth fairy and whatnot. Why not ancient Indian hexes put on football teams?

If your QB is going to miss 3-5 games every year it doesn't matter what is QB rating is. As for the injuries what did u expect to happen when u continue to sign injury prone players?
Big money to Armstead who misses 5 games a year,Chubb and average player who signed to big money hurt again and we all know Howard should have never got another.contract because he is injury prone also. This was a 9-8 team last year u add all this money for Hill,Armstead,Chubb, and better Rb core and u might end up with a worse record?
    Unacceptable!

Yeah, extrapolate...you can take what I say and turn it into whatever you want.

Again, you take something that isn't serious and turn it into something else. It is a fact that there is an Indian burial site. I don't myself believe in curses.
