50% of all concussions for QB's are hitting the backs of their heads on the ground. Seems like a no brainer to me.
If this helmet does reduce the risk of concussions, then all players whose positions put them at a greater risk of catastrophic head shots should at least give them a shot during training camp. The thing about helmets though is they are like that comfortable pair of shoes you like. This other pair might be better, but you are more comfortable in the pair you prefer.
Looks like a trimmed down guardian cap placed on the inside. Hope he’s practicing with it as the size is going to feel weird at first.
