Apparently Wilkins had a "very weird incident" with a teammate that led to his release. He was always a weirdo trying to grab other players which some found endearing here. I always thought he was too much of a clown.
I can only imagine the bashing Grier would be taking right now had we decided to keep him and pay him the contract the Raiders gave him.
