I saw this on Reddit and thought it might be helpful.

Park and Ride - Lot 70 - More Details
I took the Park & Ride from Lot 70 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino to today's Dolphins game, and thought I'd start a new post with details. The Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium pages are woefully short on details, and it caused unnecessary stress. This is too bad, since you basically have to use the Park & Ride if you're not as season ticket holder (apparently, all the stadium parking lots are sold out for the season?). So there is literally no other way to drive to the game, and yet they manage to make this seem like a confusing and daunting experience.

All that said - overall, Park & Ride actually turns out to be a well-organized and pleasant experience, and I'd recommend it.

    • Ignore the incorrect address given for Lot 70 on the Hard Rock Stadium park-and-ride page. They say "5700 FL-7, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33314" but this is non-sensical (Google Maps places this address in the middle of nowhere, 13.7 miles NORTH of the actual location of Lot 70!). The actual parking lot is, as the page also says, "across the street from Seminole Hard Rock Hotel" - this part is correct.

    • The best thing to put into Google Maps to actually direct you to Lot 70 is this: "Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, FL, 1 Seminole Way, Davie, FL 33314".

    • For some reason, the map on the Hard Rock Stadium page is tiny. I've attached a larger map with more details.

    • Under the FAQ section on the Hard Rock Stadium park-and-ride page, under the question "Can I buy a park & ride pass on the day of the game?", they provide this INCORRECT answer - "Yes, Park & Ride is our only parking option that can be purchased on the day of the game." THIS IS NOT TRUE. This lot can and does SELL OUT, and they DO NOT ever indicate this anywhere on the web page. But don't worry - see below - you can still park at the casino and use the Lot 70 shuttle!

    • The main Dolphins parking page at https://www.hardrockstadium.com/parking/dolphins/ also incorrectly claims: "Park & Ride is our only day-of-game parking option." Again, THIS IS NOT TRUE. Lot 70 can and does SELL OUT.

    • When you click the "Reserve Park & Ride" button on the Hard Rock Stadium page, you're taken to a Ticketmaster page - https://am.ticketmaster.com/dolphins/buy/parkandride. However, once there, you may get an error trying to purchase the parking pass. I think this is a bug - I think the error really means "there are no parking passes left."

    • If the lot sells out and you drive up without pre-purchased parking, DON'T WORRY - YOU ARE STILL OKAY! The attendant will direct you to park across the street in the casino self-parking garage. This is actually okay! In fact, it may be a preferred option - it's totally free of charge (rather than paying $10 to park in Lot 70), it's mostly covered parking (the first 8 levels), and it's just a short 5-minute walk from the garage / casino back to the main street and Lot 70. The garage will have tons of open parking spots, especially early in the day (for a 1pm game). To get to the garage, drive into the main casino entrance directly across the street from Lot 70, and then stay left and follow the signs for self-parking, which will lead you into an 8-story garage. Once you park in the self-parking garage, you will want to take the elevator or stairs down to level 2 and exit through the casino, to the main valet casino entrance, in order to walk on a sidewalk out to the main road and Lot 70. If you go down to level 1, it's a bit tricky to cross the street (bizarrely, there's no sidewalk) but if you do this, just walk to the covered valet casino entrance and then you can walk from there on an actual sidewalk to the main street and Lot 70.

    • After you park, you'll walk to the north end of Lot 70 alongside State Road 7, and there will be a well-marked queue for you to board the next bus. There's a continuous stream of buses so you should be able get on the next bus fairly quickly. They don't make each bus fill up completely; the bus will leave once it's about 60% full.

    • The bus ride itself is free in both directions. The $10 fee is for parking, not the bus. You'll notice that people will be walking across from the casino directly to the buses.

    • The buses are comfortable and air-conditioned.

    • It's about a 20 minute ride each way to & from the stadium, along the Florida Turnpike. The bus will bypass the main traffic lanes into the stadium and take a special access road that shaves time off the trip. You'll be dropped off in a special entrance on the north side of the stadium that's literally just for people exiting the Lot 70 buses. Once you're inside the stadium, you'll be in the vicinity of Section 118.

    • After the game, you'll find your way back to the same area of the stadium to exit, i.e. the North Gates - there will be signage for the Lot 70 buses inside the stadium, directing you to the correct exit. Once outside, there will be a long Disney-style queue to board the buses. It looked daunting, but the line constantly moves and it was just 11 minutes from the time we got in the back of the line, until we were boarding our bus. It's all quite well organized.

    • Just to put things in perspective, there will be hundreds of other people (a few thousand maybe?) using the Lot 70 shuttles. If you get confused, stadium personnel will know about the Lot 70 buses and will know how to direct you.
Good luck and enjoy the game!!!
