The Pittsburgh Steelers and Miami Dolphins have faced each other 29 times, with the Steelers winning 15 games and the Dolphins winning 14.

Could be reaching .500 in 2 areas next Monday night!

Getting to 7-7 and 15-15 overall with Pittsburgh all time.

Before anyone says that, "this is a must win game," that literally describes every game since Grier was released. The Fins are playing for McDaniel and for pride, so I don't think the pressure is on them like it would be in a normal season. They're just having fun out there as they run people over.

I really think we show up and continue the win streak. Maybe Rodgers makes it interesting, maybe not. I do think we win this one though.

I heard it’s supposed to be brutally cold at kickoff Monday night, something like 17 degrees. If we are able to effectively run the ball as we have been, it may not be a factor but if it comes to passing the ball?

Tua has been struggling with passes in the warm weather, so maybe the cold would help? LOL

If we can run the ball AND get stops on defense, we will win. It's literally that simple. We need Tua to manage the game, not throw picks, make smart reads and nothing more.

The Steelers placed offensive lineman Calvin Anderson on injured reserve, the team announced Wednesday.

Pittsburgh has lost three offensive tackles to injuries the past three weeks, with starting left tackle Broderick Jones (neck) going on injured reserve, followed by Anderson’s knee injury in practice last week and Andrus Peat’s concussion in the Week 14 win over the Ravens.

The Steelers signed offensive tackle Dylan Cook to the active roster from the practice squad, and he could start against the Ravens on Monday night.

Cook, who has been with the Steelers since 2023, had not played an NFL snap until Peat was diagnosed with a head injury on Sunday. Cook played the final 13 snaps.

The Steelers also signed veteran tackle David Sharpe to the practice squad. A 2017 fourth-round pick, Sharpe has appeared in 46 games, including one with the Chargers this season.

Sharpe replaced running back Trey Sermon on the practice squad, with the Steelers releasing Sermon.

I would give anything to see Waddle beat Ramsey deep for a touchdown on Monday night. Please!

I hope Miami runs it down this fake tough team's throat.

Minkah with a pick-6 would be just as satisfying...I agree completely!

Minkah is definitely forcing a turnover.

In other news, T.J. Watt missed practice today with a lung injury. His status is now in doubt.

If anyone is like me and out of market, Sunday Ticket is offering 60 dollars sale til the end of the season. They give you the option to get YouTube tv to go with it too.

I'll likely end up buying because I want to watch this OL, DL and figure out if McDaniel has turned the corner as a HC.

Sadly, history is against the Dolphins for this Monday night's game. The Dolphins are 1-5 in games against teams in which the kickoff temperature is under 30 degrees, defeating the Chiefs in December 2008 38-31.

In that game, the Dolphins rushed for a total of 168 yards, but surprisingly not very many rushing attempts. Ricky Willaims had 12 carries for 34 yards, Ronie Brown has 32 yards on 8 carries, Patrick Cobb's 2 carries produced 44 yards and Ted Ginn had one rush for 31 yards.

I've always believed that in order to win in the cold, you have GOT to run the ball.
