On a livestream yesterday, Tyreek said that he needs one more surgery for his LCL and he was expecting to be released all along due to the injury. He's hoping to get the surgery soon and be ready for the 2026 season, but nothing is guaranteed at this point. There's not anything else on the web stating why he didn't get this done months ago. The speculation was that this was more of a "wait and see" type of thing after the initial surgeries and the long-term results weren't positive. There's a real chance that nobody signs him before the season starts and he's medically cleared to play football.
Hill will NEVER be the same again. In my layman’s viewpoint, that injury was catastrophic and career ending. He may try and come back but it won’t end pretty
