I think he's a 1st round pick but maybe a reach at 11. If a few QBs come off the board early, an elite skill player (WR, CB, Edge) will be there for the taking. If he's the pick, I could see us trading back a few spots and picking up an extra 3rd rounder.

I'm sticking with my Delane prediction at 11, but there's about 7 guys I like at our spot so I'll be happy with whoever we pick.
I agree, I think we pick the best available at 11 since it's going to be a position of need anyway (CB, S, WR, OL).
For me, the hope is an elite defender falls - Bailey, Bain or any of the OSU trio. If not, it's Mauigoa (to start at guard) then Vega Ioane. Based on mocks, probably the latter. And I wouldn't be surprised if we took another OL at 30 barring a trade. IF not, I'd expect someone along the DL or LB. I do not think this front office and staff values skill positions like WR or CB the way Grier and McDaniel did. At all. JES was very clear in wanting to build the lines and from inside out. Plus, this is a VERY deep draft for WR and CB and TE. Less so for OL.
