Not sure how this was compiled, but if it's accurate, we got trash value for our draft picks since 2022 relative to the rest of the league. On the other hand, Ross may have done well to pick a personnel guy from the Packers, who are ahead of everyone else. Hopefully, Sully can work some of that magic in his new home.

I believe there's only 3 current players: Achane, Austin Jackson, and Sieler who were on the 2023 roster. Considerable turnover. A good, necessary thing, IMO.
I might be drinking orange (and aqua) Kool-Aid, but I still think there's potential for the last couple year's picks to produce. Actually, we need them to show significant development on those rookie deals to avoid filling the Sunday afternoon candy dish with Prozac and Lexapro instead of M&Ms.
