Same thing continues to plague this defense the last decade. They just cannot get off the field on 3rd down. Frustrating as hell.
"Another one bites the dust." I take back whatever I said about potential exaggeration. Defense sucks. If Houston has the ball last, the defense WILL cost us the football game.

In the NFL, turnovers are often the difference between winning and losing. We've gotten 3 and have given away 0, which is one of the main reasons that we're still winning.
We are catching some breaks today. That was a great play by Andre Johnson, but an even better play by Bell. That's three turnovers for Houston. The D hasn't been spectacular, but they've produced more turnovers today than in the other games.
What a hell of a game, I'll say that. This one might end up on replay - who knows, actually I'd like it to be boring from here on out.
Whew! Timely turnover. Good job! Still, this defense is getting worn out. These long drives are going to show late in the game. Our offense is going to have to score every time they touch it.
Heh, we actually lucked out that Renaldo Hill missed his third straight tackle attempt on Johnson today. He makes that tackle, Allen never knocks the ball out. Jeez.
