I was going to make a thread earlier on this game but it wasn't as close as it is now. Anybody else watching it? I think Finrunner is an Auburn fan so I'm interested on your thoughts on Walter McFadden, the DB. I like him so far. 6'0, 185 lbs and runs a 4.45. He's improved a lot since he first came to Auburn, was even named the most improved DB by the coaching staff after the spring game I think it was. He had a nice interception in which he jumped the route. Pat White was locked in on his WR though. He had a nice open field tackle at the 12:50 mark in the first quarter. I've seen the 6'8 WR from WVU (Lyons?) go into him at the LOS and he is always playing loose coverage. What are your or anyone elses thoughts on him as well as Marks?
WVU smoked them after spotting that 17-3 lead, devine ran for 207 yards on only 17 carries which included a 29,30 & 36 yard runs. looks like wvu is getting ready to run wild on the big east again and go back to the BCS.
Wow, in that game... who did not think when up by 17-3 and going for the onside kick... that Auburn was not going to run away with that game??? WOW
