Yeah, that helmet is cool man, different from what you've seen for quite a while. Oh yeah, one of my neighbors is from Lexington, Kentucky and he's not really looking forward to this game. He had two words for you guys.

I think our D is beginning to tire. We need some some sustained drives.Have you noticed the camera isolating on the Wildcats "holding" non calls? I'm not complaining I've seen three zoom ins by the camera so far and a few they neglected to show.

Good to see the backups get in early in this game.Many were starters last year which demonstrates how much improvement there has been particularly on the defense.

Area of concern for me was how easily the ball was knocked out of Tebows hands.

You know Georgia will be looking at that.

Special teams was big in this game two blocked punts ,one blocked FG set up the tempo for this game.

 

Did you guys know that Gators quarterback Tim Tebow threw for two TDs and rushed for two more, tying Emmitt Smith's school record of 36 career rushing touchdowns? That's pretty impressive.

My concern is TT, still seems a little timid in his running this year. I don't know if the coaches are holding him back to keep him healthy, or if he took such a beating last year that he has lost some of his aggressiveness. I hope it's the former rather than the latter, because it's now the time in the season to let the hair go with the hide.

 

Doing great, and I hope you're doing the same. My Hurricanes won again so I'm a happy camper. Now if we can just get it done tomorrow.

 

Seminole WR/QB recruit Andre DeBose is trying to choose between UF and LSU and possibly some other schools but those two head the list from what I understand. DeBose has 4.4 speed and 10.5 100 meter dash. He's small at 5'11 range and around 180 pounds but has a lot of speed and can take it to the house. He didn't face really good competition here or I can't really think of many good HS' here. There's a short story about Andre's speed. My friend, whose now a SR, was a cross country runner a couple years ago and one day he was practicing. Well, he was pretty fast from what I know and Andre came to practice, put on leg/ankle weights and overlapped him LOL. By the way, congratulations on the win.

 

Add another talent to the list. The Gators added Trey Burton in the 2010 class. He's 6'3", 203 and runs a 4.5. He's a dual threat QB like Tebow. He's a better runner than passer from what I've read. He runs like a Running Back. The talk is that he doesn't have the strongest arm but he's working hard at it. Speaking of working hard, that's one of his things. He works very hard and is a great character.

Meyer issues gag order concerning Georgia's 'Gator Stomp' celebration

GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- Florida has all the motivation it needs against rival Georgia, and coach Urban Meyer doesn't want to give the Bulldogs any help.

No trash talk. No bulletin-board material. Not even a glimpse of how upset the Gators still are with what went down in Jacksonville last year.

Remember the "Gator Stomp?"

Florida sure does. But coach Urban Meyer's players aren't allowed to talk about it. Meyer issued a gag order concerning last year's contentious celebration, the one in which the Bulldogs responded to coach Mark Richt's pre-game challenge by running on the field following the team's first touchdown.

It sparked Georgia's 42-30 victory -- the program's third win in the last 18 games in the series -- and plenty of hard feelings in Gainesville.

"I think it's old news and I'm sure that old guy warned our players that it has no bearing on this year's game," Meyer said Sunday. "It's two teams battling for the SEC East."

I knew as soon as he got away from the LBs he was GONE! That guy is just a burner!

 

If you notice that was an outlet pass.Demps was not the primary receiver which gives the play an even greater wow factor.

 

I'm cautiously optimistic, a loss would be a kick in the balls.
A win on the other hand would put us on track to take the SEC East.

 

I was talking to a buddy about this... Why not line up both Demps and Rainey in opposing slots. Run two stretch plays and hit which ever one the Safety does not follow. You know a LB can't keep up with either one and which ever side a safety cheats to.... go the other way! And BOOM big play!!

Love to read that... our D should be very good for quite some time!!!

 

We are one of the youngest teams in the country. Younger than FSU and Miami who are young as well. These Gators have grown up fast!

 

Which is funny because after any bad plays from UM all I hear about down here is how young they are.
