Well, allow me to lay the background. See, during my whole life, I've never owned a handheld console until my brother let me keep his PSP. So, naturally I've never played games like Metroid, Super Mario, and especially Pokemon. So, during Super Tuesday (election night), I remembered casually walking through FAU's Student Union (formerly known as the University Center, to those who may have graduated from FAU before my second [third?] semester at the school) and seeing a guy playing Zelda: Ocarina of Time on his laptop. Remembering his, I looked online and tried to look for a way to play Gameboy games on my comp without screwing up the system. I discovered game emulators. More specifically, VisualBoy Advance. Then I downloaded a rom of Pokemon Yellow. I found this game very addictive. I'm actually working on my third badge. So, question: Should I now be sporting taped glasses and bust out my TI Calculator?
maybe. On another note you might want to make sure you hide your stuffed picachu when the ladies come over though...........
You may want to delete this thread before the FBI comes after you, you pirate. At least desides has the real carts.
I can't do Pokemon...but I love emulators. Nothing beats playing Super PunchOut on my PSP...if that makes me a nerd...such is life.
Nothing is wrong with Pokemon but yes you are a nerd. I am a fellow nerd. a 6'1 200+ pound fellow nerd who has never gotten beat up, but a nerd at heart lol.
What could be wrong about capturing little monsters and making them battle, gaining experience and friendship? Lol Give me a break though, I grew up on it.
