When we got Cobbs I was really happy. He had an excellent college career but no one mentioned him when the draft came around. It's his size im sure with him being like 5'8....

of course, as soon as i say that, Carpenter kicks it deep for a touchback.

culpepper is 2 for 4 78 yards, and a pick, and Drew Stanton has thrown the lions' TD pass... did daunte get hurt?

 

Actually, Brown's run against the Patriots was good for 65 yards (14 yards longer).

Still, it's nice to see that the Wildcat is still paying dividends.

 

I'm going to say it. Ricky looks fast but a step slower than he once was. Maybe a half step or maybe he just needs to get more carries from missing so much time but It's there. He still hits the holes rather well though.

 

We had Cobbs and another guy whose name I've forgotten, and last year Cobbs was an also ran, this year he wears every hat on offense and plays special teams.

He's a bit like Sammy Morris, only he makes a bit more plays for us.

 

It's a good thing he's usually 4 steps ahead then!

wow... did I just see Roth make a tackle?

 

He still can run a bit, but he doesn't turn the corner like he used to, he used to make his long runs on sweep and tosses to the outside, I don't think he can do that anymore, but he can hit between the tackles and catch the ball.

 

I cant believe that Ref let Will Allen get pushed like that
