Well, I can tell you who I wouldn't want and that's McNabb! I was watching the end of the Eagles game (in OT) yesterday with my hubby and saying "why does McNabb keep laughing every time his passes are incomplete?". Well this explains it all:

    I would go with Brees

Pennington is really the best fit for this team right now.

    Chad Pennington.

There are so many things that go into winning and although the QB position is the most important one the chemistry between him and the whole team is just as, if not more so, important.

As much as I like John Beck, for instance, and others here like Chad Henne I truly don't believe that either guy is anywhere near where Penny is, with this team, at this stage of the year. To be honest, I don't see Henne taking the field next year if Penny is still as tight with the team. You can never underestamate the chemistry of a team.

If you think differently I invite you to go back and look at Joe Kapp leading the Vikes. The man threw a wounded duck but they won with Joe because he was such a great leader.

Good call Ron. I can't imagine many of em remembering or even knowing who Joe Kapp is, but his leadership and savy made the Vikes churn.
