Many of us have wondered why Solai has not become more of a factor as a DT on our team

At 6-4 and 355 lbs he has got the size and the athletecism
And he is liked by his fellow players and coaches
His biggest provblem is immaturity and lack of discipline off the field .Thats what got in the doghouse with previous coaches.

Will he ever grow up ? My thoughts go back to Manny Wright and Fred Evans two players who also had potential but could never grow up or take advantage of the opportunity of playing in the NFL

I can understand Wright, but why are you throwing Evans in there?

Yeah, Fred Evans was a knucklehead. He deserves to be mentioned along with those guys. Ironically, he may get to start this weekend for the Vikes if the Williams Bros. are suspended.

Vickerson is tearing it up in Tennessee. Why did we let go of him? It helps to play next to Albert Haynesworth, but in the few Titans games I've seen, he seems to make a lot of plays.

I said from the beginning that Vickerson was going to be a good one in this league. He came on strong in his final year at Michigan State and appears to have adjusted to the pro game and beginning to show his potential in Tennessee.

But he too, couldn't seem to get out of his own way while here in Miami. It is too bad too, we He is a young d-linemen...you can never have enough of those.

It's a shame that he'll probably never appreciate the opportunity that he has as an NFL player, untill it's too late and he's no longer getting big paychecks. Suck it up Solai and act like a man.
