Does anyone carry? What kind? I carry a glock 23. I love the gun, its a great carry piece. Im really looking to get a Glock 26. Its basically the same gun but more compact. My job requires alot of physical labor so it should be more comfortable to carry. I cant wait to get it.
That is correct. Trigger is stiff and has been referred to as a "Military" trigger. Excellent breakdown and very very simple operation. Love it.
True that, the CZ 82 though...sweet... I'm still looking for a C96 Broomhandled mauser with the rifle stock and antique as in pre 1898...
I use to have (not carry here in CA ) a glock 23 as well. But I don't currently have one. I use to really want a Sig Sauer though. Always wanted one.
I don't carry it, but I have a beautiful .38 special snub. It was my grandfather's service pistol-he was an Orlando Police Detective. Gorgeous weapon.
I don't find Glock's comfortable to hold and I'm not a fan of plastics in my guns. That said I'll buy on eventually. I've got a Sig P220 ST. I've shot guns my whole life and a SIG with Hogue grips just sits the best with me. I traded in a Tangfoglio Witness .45 with wonder finish for it. Loved that gun too. I'll buy another someday.
Actually, I am with you on the Glock. Owned a G20 for a short stint...Just really didnt feel right, and not at all a fan of the safety..or lack thereof. Obviously they are great guns, just not for me.
I'm considering purchasing my first gun, handgun that is...although I know absolutely nothing about them. Want it for protection as well as a hobby for the shooting range. Figured I'd branch off from knives, swords, and battle axes for now...
Used to believe like the Colonel and only carried a 1911 pretty much stock but in the LW Commander mode; cocked and locked. It seems the older I get the lighter the weapons gotta be. Love my little pocket Ruger right now, throw it in a pocket and keep on truckin. The real trick is gun control and practice, practice, practice!!!
I have a carry permit, and have a S&W 40 cal. pretty close to me most of the time. Its a great hobby to participate in, shooting, that is.
I got my *** jumped at gun point about 8 months ago while I was at a work site and I just had to get a concealed carry license.
