Either way this will be a dog fight. Our team seems to manage games. But having gore out would certainly help us in what will probably be a close game. I am more hoping our corners come to play. That hill has been throwing it around quite well and we need Allen, Goodman and Bell to step up this week.
I actually prefer he plays because he will likely not be 100%. A hobbled Gore with no practice during the week sounds good to me
If he did not practice today, it means he will not practice tomorrow, or it would be VERY limited. Based on that, I doubt he plays at all
careful what you wish for. The Niners may only be 5-8, but the team has some nice talent on both sides of the ball. Should be an interesting game.
I would feel a lot better about this game if Clements was not playing. Seems like he always killed us when he was in Buffalo.
Hi Niner fan here. In regards to Gore. He is off his crutches and no longer wearing a protective boot and is walking fine. He is sore, but Gore wants nothing more to play Sunday in his home town so, his family can watch him play. Gore also wants to hit the 1,000 yard rushing for the season which he only needs 54 yards. Gore has major incentives to play.. I am sure he will play, but Foster, Robinson and Clayton will be there to play as well.. Clayton is explosive and I can see him doing very well if, he gets the chance to play on Sunday, he has a lot to prove and I wouldn't be surprised to see Gore/Clayton Tandem in the future.. I'm not here to say the niners will kick your butt, as I never think they can blow anyone out, as long as they put up a good showing makes me happy a win is icing on the cake..
