Champ Bailey, Bob Sanders and Teddy Bruschi immediately come to mind as made it on name recognition this year only IMO. Come on, can anyone honestly say Bailey has had a better season than Nnamdi Asomugha or Courtland Finnegan?
That bust Teddy has more yards than Coles, and is only 35 yards off your leading receiver, Cotchery Now if you mentioned Erik Kumerow or John Bosa, or Billy Milner, or John Beck you would be correct
Hey Green, you are my age so I'm sure you remember this: New York Jets at Miami Dolphins - December 22nd, 1991 - Pro-Football-Reference.com The Jets came to Miami and knocked us out of the playoffs on a FG by Raul Allegre. I'm hoping we can return the favor in the Meadowlands in 3 weeks.. Are you guys scared of Chad coming home and sending the Jets home????
THanks Green Machine. Not a bad vote. I imagine most of those players will get in. Of course there are some who made it on name only, ie: champ bailey but i don't think he'll make it
Not really. Honestly, Chad in bad weather does not scare me. The swirling December winds in The meadowlands are brutal. Especially if the game gets moved to 8 PM. The thing that scares me about that game is the lack of in game coaching adjustments. Mangini has to go. He is worse then Saban and has benefited from good talent getting wasted by bad playcalling.
Bad weather will be a huge factor.. Especially if the Jets can establish the run early.. Will be a very tough game for the Phins to win.
Nice showing by Patrick Cobbs in the voting, we are not exactly known for our special teams play, he did really well for himself. Will Allen is having a Pro Bowl season. Three games to go, a eternity in the NFL, but I am looking forward to that last game, swirling winds or not. And GM..throwing "Mangenius" overboard already? He's done okay so far, one good year, one bad one, this year it is coming down to the wire... Err..wait a minute, fire him, Herm Edwards will be available..
Herm and Mangini are the same...Except for the color of their skin... Funny thing...SI polled the players on what coaches they would most like and least like to play for.. Most: Crennell, Herm, and Lovie Smith Least: Parcells, Mangini, Belichik, Coughlin Guess which ones have the most rings....
I hope we get in as many dolphins as possible, but a guy I really want to see make the Pro Bowl, is Patrick Cobbs.
