POLL: Bust out the orange jerseys against the Jets?

I like it. Didn;t Bates' Dolphins beat the Pats in the season finale wearing orange a few years back?

But I'd rather wear the White+Aqua pants combo. That's what we wore on the Fake Spike game

 

Orange for night games at home.

 

I;d rather see them play nekkid than play in those atrocious, misbegotten, ill-conceived, sartorially inept excuses for a football uniform.

 

No thanks on the orange jerseys. They won't be the difference in the game. Sorry, I'm just not superstitious. I wouldn't mind going all dark though. I never liked the orange jerseys much. Personally, I think they look funny. But we HAVE won some big games in those pumpkin costumes.

the orange unis suck.. they look just like the loser bucs. They are nothing but a reminder of the very bad past.

 

I love the orange jerseys but I'd rather see the aqua pants/jerseys combo! That looks pretty sick! Maybe we'll see both in the playoffs!

 

The Jets wore all Green this past weekend, so we maybe in White.

 

As the home team I'm sure the Jets will wear green so we will have to wear white.

 

The J*ts already look scared so bring on the pumkins!

Orange Uni's = UGLY

 

Not for nothing, but have we ever lost a game wearing the orange alternates? I know we've won some great games in them. Call me supersticious, but if we're undefeated in the alternates, break them out!

 

This debate is pointless.

The choice is not ours seeing as the Jets are the home team and choose whether we'll wear dark or whites.

If we did wear darks I'd MUCH rather see the Aqua Jerseys, we don't wear those half as much as we should.

Yes, I think we lost a night game the the redskins in orange. Could be wrong though and not motivated enough to go run down the game.

Those things are FUGLY.

 

We're 2-0 in the Orange jerseys. Beat the Redskins on a Sunday night game and the Pats on a monday night game.

 

Unless we played them twice in the alternates, I'm pretty sure we came back to win that game in dramatic fashion.

 

I'am sure Jake Long would agree with you, those uni's to not represent the identity that we are trying to instill around here. sorry for being so serious about a miniscule subject but....

 

I would be very happy if we never saw those orange jerseys again.

 

every one on gameday looks like an empty seat.

 

I just hope we wear the tough hard nosed ,never say die winner skins that has been characteristic of this team this year.

Lets focus on KC.....lets not get ahead of ourselves. Unless we win against the Chiefs, this may all be a moot point.

 

I love those Jerseys, my kid rocks in his Orange RB, the all white ones are a lack of imagination, and look like some third rate team that couldn't afford to buy uniforms and got some discards.

 

In all seriousness, I hope they never wear those things again. They are damned ugly and I am reminded of the old Buccaneers uni's every time I see them. If we must have an alternate jersey, then my personal feeling is the team needs to go back to the drawing board and figure out something more visually appealing.

FWIW, I'd like to bring back the all white uni's of the 70's.

I actually like the orange jerseys, I think we should wear them once or twice a year. Then ditch the other jerseys and go back to the retro look.

 

Were the fans not the players they are the ones who need to focus on one game at a time. We as the fans can look as far ahead as we want.

 

I like the idea. It is something different.

 

During that horrible past, the orange jerseys is the only bright spot. I believe we are 4/4 in those jerseys.

 

Ill think about it if we get past this weekend first.

 

Its a game vs the jets, thats NEVER a moot point. I we only win 2 games a year I hope they both are against those bus turds.
I've got an Orange jersey, and its one of my favorites but they won't be wearing them this yr or any other yr when Sparano is Coach. I swear I read that he thought they were ugly, maybe not but I think it came up in an early article.

 

How quickly people forget some of the great wins we've had with those "horrible" jerseys.
