I'd rather see Pennington get acknowledged than Brown.

    over there
Ronnie scored TD's in all different ways this year ala L.T.
Fans enjoy seeing that on the highlight reel.Maybe the player's and coaches like it as well...Makes for great entertainment.Maybe they want the wildcat in the game.LOL
Anyway,I thought big Jake would make it as an alternate.BOO,bad call IMO.

Throw for 450 yards on this team we'd probably be the best team in the league.

    calphin deadly at 250 yards!!

The Pro Bowl is a popularity contest.

    Period.

It isn't whos playing the best, that would be absurd.

Well Ronnie has been rightfully rewarded and he will go as an alternate in recognition of his talents .I think many voters saw what kind of a special RB he is last year before he was injured and this year he was the heart behind the Wildcat which was the talk of the NFL.

I agree, in order to be "credible" I am not sure he deserves it either.

His best game was when he apparently broke out in that first Patriots game, but thus far, when you need him to put a game away, I just don't see him doing it.

I am not bashing Ronnie Brown, I know I have been critical of him, but I feel he should be dominating more than he has...

This Patriots game may be the game where I might be swayed into believing he deserved it.

    Rushing ATT YDS TD LG
    R. Brown 17 113 4 62
    R. Williams 16 98 0 28
    P. Cobbs 3 5 0 4

No one gave us a chance in Boston and we shocked the world....Ronnie pretty much dominated a decent Patriots team that went *18-0 last year.

    * Ravens beat the Patriots on a 4th and goal and a late flag unfairly gave the Patriots the win. Got caught cheating in game 1 and evidence was destroyed by the NFL.

Cool to see Ronnie brown in it. He would have went last year if he never got injured, so i guess this is for last year lol. Even better to see Joey Porter though. So many people said his career is over and that he's over rated. Well, this shut them the hell up(yes im talking to you Jim rome!).

How can you possibly see Ronnie Brown putting a game away if he doesn't get the ball in his hands to put it away? How can Ronnie Brown dominate or even have a chance to dominate a game without the opportunity to do so?

    Huh?

Brown helped seal the win with key plays late in the fourth quarter against the Chargers, Broncos, and 49ers.

He was also instrumental in a late fourth-quarter drive against the Texans, which would have been a game-winner were it not for the defense's monumental collapse on the final drive.

If anything, Brown has proven that he performs best when the game is on the line.

Lets put it this way, we are at the tail end of the season, that clearly history says, teams that can run the ball, are the teams that win big.

If we win our next 2 games, and Ronnie is a big part of it. He will have my vote.

I expected a lot more out of Ricky this season, but then again, I am glad he has played well and there weren't all those off the field issues or distractions to deal with.....

His election to the Pro Bowl tells a lot about how the rest of the players and the coaches feel about Brown...There are guys with a little better stats, but obviously, the guys who play defense don't like playing against him and the coaches obviously see the talent he's got...The other thing, is that he's had decent stats this year, not really great, but he's coming back off the worst kind of injury for a RB and did so successfully...

He certainly, imho, deserves to be there...no doubt...
