Henne and Beck could not be in a better position. It seems both are using this time to be better professionals. Yeah, finally our QB position looks bright, not just in our starting QB, but further down the depth chart. (assuming it manifests in thier play when they get the opportunity)>
Each week Pennington usually assigns Henne and Beck game film of opponents to break down. He wants a report on a defense's tendencies in different down-and-distance situations the next morning. As a result of Pennington's mentoring, Beck is confident he has drastically improved his recognition of defenses. That is great stuff right there!!!!
When Pennington is done playing we need to bring him in as the QB coach. The guy obviously has a very high football IQ and the players respond to him
