Week 16 Dolphins at Chiefs Official game thread

well I am done watching this. Not because I am pissed (well I am actually) but because I can't take watching the whole season go down the tubes vs. a 2-12 team. Miami may still pull this one out but I can't watch.

Cripes, either spy with a LB, or all out blitz, the idea that Thigpen is that good is nonsense.

WE can beat this guys, I think we will, but the Defense deserves to be lined up and smacked in the face front of thier lockers at half time.

 

That 4th down play is going to be the play of our season. I just don't get the reasoning behind it..not in the slightest

 

If this offense cannot score 7 points on these drives it will be the end.

Going for 3 on that last drive will end up meaningless because the Defense cannot stop them.

Exactly, we are down by 4 and our defense cannot play much worse then it has so far, but "we" fans giving up already is pathetic.

 

I think I am now a Chiefs fan(not really). Seriously, how can we continue to root for a team that continually does this to us as fans?

We are choking on our own vomit right now and it doesn't look good. Four TDs in the first half to the Chiefs and they get the ball back to start the second half? Forget about it.

Henning screwed us on that 4th and 1. He deserves to be fired for that. Polite is perfect in those situations and we try an low percentage pass to a third string tight end with one catch on the season. That is bush league.

Also, I think I might demand an apology for people saying I need to sack up when it is as clear as day that our defense needs to do. We will not win when we give up 4 tds a half to a 2-12 team with a young inexperienced QB.

Miami is no different thisyear than throughout the Wanny years or throughout the franchise's history come to think of it. We choke in December with the playoffs on the line and wecan't win in cold weather games.

And Pennington just threw an interception to end the half.

Who didn't see THAT coming after two near interceptions on both of the other throws? I wouldn't be surprised if the Chiefs score again here.

 

Penny threw a pick, not surprising though..they are asking him to throw stuff he really isn't designed to throw for us.

They have exceeded expectations by a country mile. Not one of us thought they would win 9 games with two left to play.

Its not over, but the defense has to get their game together.

 

KC might be 2-12 but they have been in most of their games and had a chance to win them. We're in the game, a win would be a win regardless of how it happens. Let's just try and enjoy the game and root for our team.

Meanwhile, New England is playing a a division champin the cold and beating them 38-0. That is a real team. A backup QB who hasn't played since high school is grabbing this team by the horns and refusing to let them lose or miss the playoffs, snow be damned.

Miami cna learn a lot by emulating them. Tough to say, but its true.

Well Rick, we are down by 4, our Defense is playing as bad as it ever has this season, we will know if we will win this game in the first 5 minutes of the 2nd half...either we adjust...or we are toast..

The best way to adjust is to sit some starters asses on the bench and to put some guys out there who actually want to make plays and to hit folks...

If do not, well, it has been a magical season...this game has the half feel of one of the earlier ones where the Staff was just unprepared, and so our players were unprepared...

 

Remember everyone the Chiefs play great 3 qtrs of the game but always find a way to lose in the 4th. About every week they build big leads and then lose them. So it may happen this week as well. The defense just needs a big chewing out. This game is the season the defense better realize screw the cold and go out there and do this.

38-0 NE BTW. Sparono better show them that score and light a fire under them.
