    ESPN - Miami vs. Kansas City - Recap - December 21, 2008

The coldest conditions any Miami team has played in couldn't stop these history-making Dolphins.

Thriving in mind-numbing frigidity, Chad Pennington threw three touchdown passes Sunday in a 38-31 victory over Kansas City that continued one of the most remarkable comeback seasons in NFL history.

You can't say the weather did not affect us.
After going 3 whole games without allowing a touchdown, we gave up 31 points to a 2-12 team.
We won, and that's what counts, but it looked like the D was not even on the field during the first half.

Not playing well in temps under 40, not being able to control the 4th quarter, December collapses. All erased.

    Best Christmas present ever!

 I was just thinking the exact same thing. My hubby hates football and even he's excited for us.

Call it absolute euphoria - especially since I live right across the street from a Jets fan. :knucks:

A magical feeling! I was terrified in the 3rd that they had lost their heart but around comes the 4th and the boys step up! Hard game to watch but we got the job done! Con must've froze his keester off!

Absolutely and even more magical is that ESPN just said that they're pretty sure the Jets won't win next week.

Richard didn't go - he had a family emergency - gave his tickets to GIK34.

I think not having our leading tackler had a lot to do with that.

    That didn't help either.
Just saying because the first couple posters implied the cold weather didn't hinder us any.
