I'm really nervous for next week. The game means so much and (screw last year but ya gotta say it) especially after what happened with us last year.

I'm fairly certain that the phins have erased last years season already but being crowned the AFCE Champs would definitely do it.

With that being said this game is making me nervous. I hope the jets don't keep miamis corners turned around all day. Instead I hope we stuff the run and favre gets his own personal best record for interceptions thrown in a game. (Just out of curiosity does anyone know what that is?)

I am not worried about this game and it is weird because I have gotten nervous about more then half the games this season. I think after watching the Jets and Dolphins play over the past month I have confidence Miami will handle the stumbling Jets.

Yeah, we are just two ships passing in the night. One headed for port, the other headed for the bottom of the sea!

On an intellectual level, I believe the Dolphins are playing better than the Jets and have all the momentum going into this game.
However, having been a fan for so long and having been teased by this team so often only to have my hopes dashed and my heart broken every single time, I can't help but be worried sick...
If we win this game, the team will prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that there's a new kind of Dolphins team out there and the past doesn't matter.

I'm pretty stressed out about it. Can't help it. Knowing all those Patriots fans will be cheering on a Phins loss will just make my blood boil if it happens.

Frankly don't know who's going to win, but this is going to be a classic. The biggest Jets game in franchise history. Get your VCRs, DVRs and TiVos ready. This one is going to go to the Hall of Fame.

You're overlooking the AFC champ match in 82 "Mud Bowl", I believe. Nevertheless, it's a HUGE game that may have enormous influence on the franchise going forward.

I'm nervous as hell, and anyone who says they aren't are flat out lying. The Jets have struggled the past month or so but they have talent and can break out of it at any point. We gotta bring our A game to Jersey.

Yep this is going to be a VERY long week. I'm trying to occupy my mind with anything but that game but it's not working. I can't get any work done at all, just looking at the clock hoping the day is over asap. Sunday morning will be the worst by far, I'd imagine. Every minute will feel like eternity

Call me a pessimist, but I refuse to blindly believe we can beat the Jets until we actually do it. This organization has to prove to me, as a fan, that they can win this type of game against a team that has OWNED us in recent memory.

That said, I like our chances... they're (the Jets) not a good football team at this point.

I'm not nervous. The Jets have two things going for us. Mangina and Favre. Favre hasn't been doing so well lately, it's late in the season, he's worn down and tired and already thinking about retiring and fishing in Jackson Hole. Mangina has relied on Favre to take this team to the playoffs and beyond, and without his Golden Boy making plays this team is crap. Meanwhile the Phins who have been down and out for a while are sniffing a division title, they have a calm cool QB who is used to playing in Giants Stadium and a coach that has inspired his team to play hard until the last whistle is blown. Fins will take this game and it will be decided (as usual) late in the fourth quarter.

Actually, Agua, I thought about it. I was at that game. It was fantastic. I'll never forget Duhe all covered with mud. The thing is, that was the strike-shortened season with no real lead-in to the playoffs and the jury-rigged playoff scheme. This game is the return from the nadir; the resurrection of the franchise, and only the detestable Jets stand in the way of total redemption and return to respectability. Add to that the Pennington return to that city of classless ingrates and you have, in my opinion, THE biggest Jets game in the history of the franchise. THIS IS GOING TO BE GIGANTIC.

I have been the same way I have been worring about almost every game. But this game I am not to nervous about. The only reason is because This team has proven that they have worked hard to get to where they are and I think this sunday that will all come out and they will put everything they have on that field up in NewYork and end up winning the game.

We have worked harder then them and it will show this week in NewYork.

I know one thing for certain, if were going to win, we need a more consistent pass rush than the last few weeks.

I know our offense will control the ball and eat clock in the process, but if we give farve all day to throw he will make us pay and pay in a hurry. I think our corners can get a couple turnovers and cover good, but our front 7 need to bring the pain to farve to help cause turnovers, if he has time those will be TD's instead of INT's.

I'm so pumped for this game. Not confident we will win or lose, think it will be a typical 2008 miami game, close till the end. Go get 11 guys and get that home playoff games to get the city of Miami back into your stadium.

I just want to win so bad, I can't think of anything else.
I'm gonna' stay positive and believe our guys can do anything they want.
They've shown so much pride and heart this year that nothing could make me not be proud of them.
I believe they can take the jests, maybe it won't be easy, but they CAN do it.
Go Dolphins-stomp some green hiney holes!
