I have a feeling that alot of the underclasssmen will be declaring once the glow of the regular/Bowl game season is over. They will start hearing about a possible rookie salary cap and their draft status and will realize that they may get drafted in lower rounds but they will actually make more money than they would if the owners get the players union to agree on a rookie salary cap.
Cody has already said officially that he isn't leaving, then he would leave if he graded out high and now this. It's a guy with a confused mind. I'll be very surprised if he's not in the draft.
