Thought it was a great example of not only the team's respect for CP10, but really each other and the team first mentality they've adopted.

Our leader. What more can you ask for. When a team rallies around a person like that, it becomes a recipe for success.

Chad Pennington SHOULD be the MVP of the league. What other SINGLE player has this effect on BOTH sides of the ball? Name me one!

Mr. Pennington in my eyes, and I'd bet all dolphin fans eyes, you sir ARE the MVP. Thank you!

It gets harder every week to deny that Chad Pennington is the league MVP.

  8. I cannot believe that anyone other than Chad will receive this. Honestly, can there possibly even be a debate about this?

PFH was reading an article that noted the team was all chanting "MVP! MVP! MVP!" when Chad entered the locker room... seriously, made me cry...

He wont get it for the simple fact that he wasn't a PB pick. Unfortunately I think it goes to Manning again. :pity:

Well, 33 your probably right about Manning and he would deserve it as well, but there is no doubt that Penny is the driving force behind any and all improvements we've made this year...I don't think the MVP race has ever been so close though, as there are more candidates than Manning and Penny....Still, does anyone think we're talking this way with Beck or Henne in the QB position this year for us ??

  11. Huh? I didn't think a PB nod was a prerequisite for MVP...

Its not, but its a obvious snub done by the league and giving him the MVP shows flaws in the voting for the PB, which we all know is a popularity contest more than anything.

  14. Well, we can thank one third of the votes to (misguided) fans, right? Yes, I actually don't like the "popularity" aspect, either - it should be done by stats and stats alone, in my opinion.
