When will we be able to sign Free Agents?

First week of March.

 

Nah, time flies. It will be here in no time.

 

There is a lot to look forward to between now and then.....the Senior Bowl and the Combine. I can't wait to read the reports from the experts here.

This is gonna be fun this year.

 

I believe we're in great cap shape aren't we?

 

I believe the deadline to tag UFA's is Feb 21st. Free agency begins a week later (March 1st).

The draft is on April 26th and 27th.

 

absolutely, because part of the horror of last season was the realization that after that season, most free agents would view Miami as the last place they would want to sign. that will NOT be the case this offseason.

players can see now that we are a contender, and be that much more likely to sign here.

I don't want to change subjects, but Adam Shef mentioned that Tampa Bay is somewhere around 45 mil under the cap. Any word on what we are as of now??

Maybe they only have 13 players signed thru next year?? 14 of their QB's are going to be FA??
