If the Cowboys lose to the Giants, I doubt this interview takes place.

Schwartz has a fairly impressive resume. He's young too (only 41 years old)

How about change his name to Schwartznegger and we could rename our team the Miami Cyborgs

Schwartz isn't a weird name. He's a legitimate candidate and one of the best co-ordinators in the game bar none.

Maybe we need a young guy like Schwartz (41 years old) to re-energize our team for the long haul?

I agree. I know the Titans are primarily a 4-3 team, but do you know if Schwartz has had any prior experience in the 3-4 and/or working within the branches of the Parcells coaching tree?

He can run both. He was a scout in Cleveland when Belichick was HC. So Ferentz, Saban, Pioli, Mangini, Crennel, etc. were all there. So he's connected to Parcells.

I want a bottle of instant schwartz to give to the o line instead of gatorade. Do you think we could get Yogurt with our first round pick.

Seriously, though, the more people interviewed, the more opportunities that, perchance, the team might stumble across someone who better fits the template of a "Parcells coach" than the one about whom the most intense speculation is revolving. Bring them all, bring them all, the young and the short and the tall.

If I'm Tunaland I interview everybody who's sharp and qualified until Sparano becomes available. No downside; worst that happens is you get a lot of ideas from a lot of sharp guys about how they'd go about doing things, and at best you find someone better than Sparano. Also lets them argue that the Frazier interview wasn't just a formality, since the search was wide open.

    Love Tunaland.

Tennessee's defense played awfuly well this year. I live in TN and watched every game (in lieu of watching my beloved Fins) and if thier offense could have scored some touchdowns instead of FG's they would have won 2 or 3 more games. They have a few studs, Vandenbosh, Haynesworth, Bullock but overall they are just a talented group of "regular" NFL guys that play very well as a unit. They were exceptional at getting pressure but did wear down at the end of games, much like we did, due to the in ability of the offense to stay on the field. He is at least worth a look IMO.

case in point look how the team played when Haynesworth was out. They went from very good to very average.
