I wouldn't trade our first rounder for Bolidin. But I don't think this team has too many greater needs than WR. Our WR corps is very weak.
Woh, that is a bit harsh... I'm not a Boldin fan, to me he is the type of player who is always dinged, and his stamina seldomly stretches out to 16 games, but I wouldn't call him a clown. Okay okay...maybe he is a passenger in the midget car, but he's not a clown for pete's sake...

I'd probably agree w/ you. I look at WR and it seems like one of our biggest needs. My complete lack of faith in Ginn developing into anything resembling a #1 WR might be affecting that decision though.
That's going a little far. TO has a long and distinguished trail of incidents to reference so it's completely justified that yes, if this was TO everyone would be jumping on this more. Once a turd establishes his rep as a turd people look for continued examples. Boldin, if he is a "prima donna" in the making has yet to have any real melt downs of TO magnitude. Now this may be one that puts him on the map but at this point he hasn't established himself into TO's territory. If what I see here about his post game antics is true then you have to think this guy may be heading in that direction but at this point it's all hearsay to me until I see something confirming it.
i find this sentiment funny. Why? Because he's been the number 1 wr all year long on a team that went 11-5, the greatest turnaround ever, and won the arc east. Is he the best wr in the league. No. But he was our #1. So both of you guys are already wrong Posted via Mobile Device
Being #1 by virtue of your place on the depth chart isnt exactly what we're referring to, and I think you know that. The fact that he is #1 just highlights how thin we are at the position if anything.
He had 850 total yards in his second season with a QB he didn't mesh with until the 2nd half of the season. 1,000 yards usually being the barometer, he wasn't that far off this year already. To say he's already reached his peak? That's what is being argued, that Ginn has already reached his peak, and is never going to get better. If he averages 10 more yards a game or so, he's at 1,000 yards and now he's a #1.
Yeah.... the comparison dosen't fly here and the hypocritical comment towards those not willing to label him TO JR. yet is really off. This is his first act that I'm aware of in his entire time in the league that would put him in TO's league.
He wants a huge deal. And he knows that playing big in the playoffs would help that cause. So his true colors are showing right now. He is proving what happens when he doesnt get what he wants.
Yet for some reason some people have no quarrels lumping Chad Johnson in with TO. Despite the fact that he has done absolutely nothing to deserve it.
Maybe this wasn't a big of deal as we all initially thought. Again, my problem wasn't with him arguing with Todd Haley, competitors want to be playing, especially when the games on the line. My problem was him not celebrating with the team after wards. He claims he didn't want the media to make it a big deal, but who knows. I know he's never ever done anything else that should make people wonder if he's turning into another TO, so I'll give him a pass on this one. These things happen in the heat of the moment. I'd still love to get him if it isn't too big of a price.
Yes he has. Chad Johnson isn't as extreme as TO, but he's a pain in the *** too. He wines to the media on a consistent basis, brings unnecessary attention to himself all the time for stupid reasons, yells at teammates and coaches, took a swing at Marvin Lewis a few years back. Chad Johnson is a turd.
well it was the WR that put pressure on the other´s team offense to score and score and score, that could cause inc. and TO´s
On ESPN this 'situation' seems to be more popular to broadcast than the fact that the Cardinals are going to the Superbowl. What a shame. Stupid sideline drama b.s.
All I know, is that a lob to Fitz is a completion. 20 yard lob, or a 50 yard bomb. Fitz comes up with it. No defender(s) can play with him right now. He's simply dominating. Warner has played great, but Fitz catches everything. Fitz adjusts, and makes the catch, or leaps above defenders. The WR's here in Arizona set up everything that offense does. Also, when Fitz isn't getting his touches, that offense stalls noticeably.
