After taking a beating from the steelers I go forward to hold my nose and root for them in the SB. I believe the AFCN is the most physical div. in football. Not the best , but the most physical. Oh, and the Clark hit was a nice shot, much as I hate to admit it.

If you disagree with the most physical div.,write in your pick.

Because of Balt and Pitt, yes I agree that AFCN is the most physical Division this year... next year? who knows though. The AFC Championship was one of the most physical games Ive seen in a long time.

The AFC North and NFC South are very physical divisions. The AFC West and NFC West seem scared to hit each other. The other 4 fall somewhere in between.

I can agree with that. Only because of Pitt and Baltimore... Cleveland and Cinci IMO are two of the softest team in the NFL.

    I'd have to agree.

Cincy and Cleveland are pretty weak. But PIT and BALT are arguably the two most physical teams in the league.

A few years ago Saban and C-pep were saviors.

Now it is Chad and Tuna...

bottom line our teams have yet to recover since BB in NE

Rex is one of several DC Bmore has had. The D in baltimore is ALWAYS tough. You will love Rex. He is a nice guy as well. Real down home. I don't know how good your "D" will be but I can tell you they WILL be an attacking defense. Keep in mind he is a HC now NOT a DC. A lot of people in Bmore made that mistake thinking Brian would turn the offense into the 99 vikes. Remember it has more to do with the personnel than anything. Remember he had Ray and Ed and Suggs. Be patient. Give him a chance.

I'd say that the phins making the playoffs this year says we've recovered. Maybe not long term. But hopefully

Actually, acording to players around the AFC, Tennessee is the dirtiest. Also, according to the players, Hines Ward is the dirtiest player in the AFC. The Broncos use to be the dirtiest on both sides of the ball believe it or not.

I agree 100% GM. But this year, Miami won the AFC East! We might not have fully recovered, but we recovered this last year with a league title. We aren't where we want to be yet, but hell I'll take the 2008 AFC East Crown in the meantime. First year of rebuilding, and we take the crown...gotta love it/respect it.

Back on topic though, Pitt and Baltimore are without a doubt the most physical dominating teams in the nfl. That was a given I thought.
