It was a horrible movie, buuuuuuuuut, funny as hell. I wish it wasn't as disjointed as it was, and that the filmmakers had decided on one kind of comedy. There where some big time belly laughs, though. It also has some gems for anyone that's ever done any theater, especially in high school or community.

On DVD now? Cool, I'll complete my collection! I watched all 5 over a three day span and it was a great experience, the way the stories were woven together was pretty damn cool.

Underworld: Rise of the Lycans - 8.5/10... Loved this movie even more so than the first two films, and that's saying a lot being that Kate Beckinsale was not in it. If you are a fan of the other films, you should like this one as well.

Finally got to see "The Wrestler". It was really good. Marisa Tomei was incredibly sexy in it.

Being somewhat of an old school wrestling fan added to it for me. Having watched wrestling throughout the 90s gave me a bit more appreciation for what he put himself through and what he had lost.

Revolutionary Road - good movie. Kate Winslet is great in it. Movie is depressing, and I see too much of myself in Leo's character so it hits a bit close to home lol.

Thought it was pretty good for a prequel. I thought the other two films were ok. First was good the second was...bareable.

My main problem with this series has always been
The Lycans are way more interesting then the Emo Vampires. Why would you kill off every Lycan in the first movie?

I've heard a few times that they might make a 4th film, which wouldn't really make too much sense bc of what I said in the spoiler.

I finally got to see the Wrestler yesterday in Kansas City. It's not as esoteric like The Fountain, or as chilling as Requiem, but it's a haunting film that will stick with you after you leave the theater ... I watched it yesterday and I'm still depressed this morning. Really well-crafted film, it's a shame you have to seek it out if you want to see it in theaters.

Great film, worthy of the buzz it's getting, that's for sure. 5/5 stars.

After Gran Torino a few weeks ago, and now this film, I don't see how my 2009 can get any better.

Saw The Wrestler last night. Incredible movie. Mickey Rourke was phenomenal, and the supporting cast did a great job as well. A lot of depressing and heartbreaking moments. And it was shot in Jersey . If you haven't seen it yet, you should do so.

I saw My Best Friends Girl the other night and surprisingly liked it. I'm not a big Dane Cook fan but thought he did well in it and it was nice to see Jason Biggs in a movie other than the American Pies. I thought the movie had a few good laugh out loud moments and kept my interest the whole time, especially the stuff with Baldwin in it.

He was excellent. In fact, everybody was. I never found myself thinking anybody was out of place. I thought the story was compelling. I cared about the characters. It also wasn't something I've seen a million times before. Overall it was a great experience.

Kinda disappointed. I loved James Franco's character however. He nailed the stoner act to a 'T'. The movie was a bit long at times, and some scenes dragged a bit. I'll watch the theatrical release to see if that is a better product. I laughed like hell at times, other times I was a bit bored.

I usually like them, it's interesting to see what was cut. Most times. I picked up about 30 DVDs in the last couple weeks from Circuit City, so I'm catching up on my collection. I can't wait to watch The Mist again, in BLACK AND WHITE!!!! I guess that's how the director wanted the movie originally. That movie was incredible IMO, Marcia Gay Harden played the role of a lifetime as the Jesus freak panic monger! I'll admit the monsters were a bit lame, but the dynamics of the crowd in the market were fascinating!
