He's spent a lot of money on HGH to retain what he has.

I always thought he had a weird physique. He's really not "big", but very cut and exremely veiny. I remember reading he was only like 155-160lbs in Rocky 3-4.

 

He's only 5-6 or so on top of that.

 

And less than 3% body fat. The guy was/is a juice machine.

 

His body just looks very strange from all the **** he's put in it. If you gave me the option, I wouldn't wana look like him, even if I didn't need to do all the roids.

 

You still have to work out with HGH and steroids. It isn't like it is just popping a pill and BAMN skinny and buff

 

damn i was thinking about giving it a shot.

 

i think the height thing gets exaggerated because people in the 80s expected him to be 6'4 from his movies. he's like 5'9, 5'10, normal height.

and its like dupree said... its not like all u have to do is pop pills and you become an instant bodybuilder. cynical purists could juice til the cows came home and lift all day, and still not get those kind of results.

not to mention, your skin isnt exactly smooth and beautiful in your 60s, no matter what you do!

the one thing he does to get that extra rippedness no one mentioned is lipo. hey, nothing unhealthy about that. cheating? who cares, he's an actor!

he looks amazing for his age and thats the bottom line. especially at an age where no one looks remotely close to amazing.

 

Iggy Pop is in just as good shape, and he never juiced.

 

Agreed. His body just looks absolutely fake and kind of gross looking. It looked like he was in a body suit in Rocky Balboa.

 

I'll give him this: even with cosmetic/plastic surgery and all the drugs he's taken, he still works hard (and always has) for what he's got. That's more than I can say for most ppl over 50. But then again, if you've ever seen pics of his wife, you'd know he's got a lot to keep up with.

 

What? You mean there's no magic pill or shot that makes you grow muscle while sitting on your ***?

something funny about that trailer......seemed like there was too much dialogue.........but regardless. it looks ****ing awesome.....a type where i will jerk off with gun powder....then light my balls on fire when iam finished

Looks like there's just enough humor in it to offset all the less-than-believable action.

Maybe about 10% of it. The rest is almost superhuman self-discipline at the dinner table and in the gym....the likes of which most of us will never know.

Looks good. Every tough guy in Hollywood, including Willis and Schwarzenegger.

 

That's an impressive cast for an action flick. Reminds of old ensemble films like the dirty dozen.

Not to mention "Knock Off"- 'Hey man, somebody's copying my jeans...so I'm gonna kick their a*s!!' Yes sir, that's an A-1, top drawer plot if I ever heard one...

 

van damme was in 3 good movies, and that includes his cameo in Breaking.

 

His best movie was never filmed...the one where Chuck Zito knocked him cold with one punch.

 

i am ashamed..i'm hopping on that plane to australia right away!on the other hand i cannot wait to see this movie!!

This looks like an amazing action movie. Some of the best action stars from the past 30 years without a doubt.

A star studded cast for sure. Jet Li and Jason Stathom together again. Terry Crews and the first big three (Sly, Arnold, Bruce). Looks like fun.

 

Noooooooooo. The firsts would have to be people like Errol Flynn or even Buster Keaton. Or I'd even accept slightly newer, like John Wayne & Lee Marvin. If you want the firsts of modern style action flicks, then Chuck Norris, Clint Eastwood and Charles Bronson, and others would fit.

 

Pay me a ton of money and I'll get ripped in no time too
