No son, this should be listed under power... The only aircraft in our arsenal that can lift it's own weight.
But not everyone can operate it. Okay...semantics, ya bastich....STREEET LEGAL AUTOMOTIVE POWER. That better? Sheesh...
Nice, I think its awesome that they put up videos of their work like this. Fun to be able to show your friends and its free advertising.
ahh Pavelow badass bird.. is that what you served on Mike? Pagan, I can hardly believe my ears.. 711 at the tire!!, 500+ detuned , man, that's nearly unbelievable to a guy from the muscle car era. Blowers rule.
I found it hard to believe at first also bro. I used to own a worked 73 'Cuda 340, and that car couldn't TOUCH this one. I'm actually having to learn to drive all over again. I was on my way home with her yesterday, doing 60 in 4th gear. Went to pass someone, punched it, and the tires spun and she started going sideways. It's actually scary.
Nice Pagan that was a fast turnaround...your Motor looks almost exactly like mine I have that intake on my car ..Be careful with it Brother till you get used to it the sideways thing at freeway speeds was new to me as well and its fun and *** puckering at the same time.
Yes indeedy. Thank you sir...made my old toy much more enjoyable. Dude...I could steer with it. What do you have bro? Talk to me man! LOL...believe it or not I still cruise the highway and get 20 mpg with her. Now when I step on it, that's another story.
I really like the sound of that Roush has more of a snarl than the Eaton...I got a tune and the Frpp intake looks exactly like the one you have...future plans are the lowering springs now and probably some type of supercharger upgrade further down the road. I love the Power but Id have to say im dissapointed in the Shelbys handling over all Im guessing that its front heavyness compared to your car is a big reason.. so thats going to take some tuning to get it where im happy. I Really Really like the way your car sounds..what type of exhaust do you have on it ?
JBA axlebacks for now bro...pretty much listened to every exhaust I could before buying, and they sounded the best. No drone either. Next spring adding Kook's long tube headers and a catted x-pipe. The lowering springs make more of a difference in the handling than I thought. Definitely look into that. Don't go much more than an inch and a half though, then you have to start thinking about a camber adjuster. If you upgrade the supercharger look into the Roush TVS like I have. They make MONSTER gains on the Shelby. On my way to order new rear wheels today. Need to get some bigger meats back there. Looking into deep dish 10 inch rims and 305-40-18's in the back while keeping the stock wheels up front.
Are you going to go with Drag radial type ? that will be something else if you can get that monster to hook from a dig . I've heard the springs make a big difference so Im excited about that and I've become partial to the frpp stuff so im gonna go with them.
I don't think so. I need a happy medium, something that's going to last a little longer than a drag radial, but also get me better hookup than I have. Lots of research ahead of me. Gotta go with what you're comfortable with bro!
Hey cnc66....get ready for more chubness...first photos of the finished work. I'm happier than Michael Jackson at a Harry Potter book signing right now. First pic, lowered two inches thanx to the Eibachs and switching from 50's to 40's on the skins. Nitto NT555's. 235s up front, 285s out back. Next are two shots of the heart of the beast. I'll get better ones soon.
