Windows Maker wont work for this instance because the way the files were saved it only reads it as a audio files. Used Photostage slideshow but it took too long to burn and timed out so I need some help.
I use Nero, and DVDFab... Ive never encountered a problem burning with either of them. It all depends I guess on what type of dvd you are trying to burn. Is it data files that you are just trying to put on a dvd for storage/backup sake? Or an actual DVD you are trying to copy, or make a playable video dvd out of? It sounds like maybe you're making a slide show of pictures... If thats the case, the full Nero suite has a tool similar to windows movie maker, or whatever they call it that allows you to insert photo's of your own into slide shows... Its tough to say without knowing what exactly you're trying to do, but like i said, I use Nero for pretty much all my burning needs, when it comes to copying one dvd to another, tools like dvdshrink, dvddecrypter and DVDFab Platinum all come to mind...
For any paid program out there, there's bound to be a free legitimate alternative. Sometimes that alternative is better. Such the case for CDBurnerXP. http://cdburnerxp.se/ It's dead simple to use and is free. This is best used if your DVD player can read avi, wmv, etc files. If that's the case, simply drag and drop the files. Another great program is called DVD Flick. Here's a tutorial and download: http://lifehacker.com/5082262/how-to-burn-any-video-file-to-a-playable-video-dvd
I use ConvertXtoDVD (http://www.vso-software.fr/products...w&aid=199647&gclid=CKODzZW1-pgCFRLoxgod91W5nA) which takes any kind of video file (except Real Player Files) and converts and then will burn to a DVD.
DVD Shrink... then IMGBurn... Just make sure when you burn a DVD, you include an Audio_TS file along with a Video_TS file. Most already have them.. However if they don't and you don't do that, it reads it as a data disc.. At least that's the way it works with IMGBurn.
