Even one of those guys is a bonus. You know the deals have already been done if there are any. We just have to wait till Friday to hear about it.

I have a feeling the Jets are going to really overpay for Scott.

Brown would be my #1 choice. I think he should be top priority.

Who do you guys think would be cheaper, Housh or Harrison. Personally I'd like either, withh a slight prefrence to Housh. But I tend to think Harrison may be cheaper....

Harrison is over the hill and not the threat he once was,

I was listening to Serius NFL talk radio earlier with Riggins and who ever the other guy is and they said Miami is a likely spot for Harrison to land to give a veteran presence to a young receiving core. They also said Harrison has some background history with one or two of the Dolphin coaches. This is not my opinion but just what I heard.
He might be okay on a short term contract if it was cheap enough but I know he is on the downward side of his career.

And for other teams as well. He refused to take a pay cut to remain in Indy, I wouldn't want to mortgage the farm on an over the hill WR that doesn't have a certain Manning chucking the ball to him.

I'd love to get Harrison just to mentor Ginn, off course he will probably cost too much for that, but it would still be great.

Colts are making a last ditch effort and may resign Harrison afterall.

Havent heard about any other landing spots besides Philly his hometown team. As for us ... only if he is really really cheap. He is definately on the decline and nowhere near the player he was just 2-3 years ago. And he has legal issues.

Rumors on ESPN and other spots seem to indicate Canty is coming here. Miami will push hard for Brown, and unless Baltimore really goes after him as well, should get him. If we miss on Brown (he will get signed very early) then I think we try for TJ. If we get Brown and Canty our FA period is done except for resignings (Bell/Goodman) or midlevel players.

We should know very early what kind of FA period we will have. Will be interesting to see if we cut Holliday loose after signing Canty as well. Like Holliday, but hes getting up there. Canty/Merling/Langford as the DE rotation wouldnt be to bad.

I think it would be a solid move. The Experience that Ginn and Bess would learn from Harrison would be invaluable.

I don't care if your slow as a turtle just as long as when the ball comes to you. You catch it and move the chains!

Err, Ernest Wilford? You want your WRs to have SOME speed.
