    With the NY Jets.

    Pennington cries.

Dink and dump offense no longer a strength against a weakened jets linebacking core.

Harris and Scott, Pace and a possibly developed Gholston.

    Bad news boys.

Good sign Jets, but sorry, Gholston is STILL going to be a huge bust.

    Good signing though.

I think the entire world knows that the Jets are gearing up for several noteworthy FA signings - Scott is no surprise.
With all the freed up cap space I'm expecting a QB signing as well.
However......it all comes down to gameday coaching!
So, I like our chances. :dunno:

I am impressed with all the FA activity the Jets are involved in. Without a single doubt in my mind they are going to have a legitimate shot at taking 3rd in the AFCE again.

Oh wait, who's their coach again, and their GM? Oh yeah, and who is throwing the ball up there in the Meadowlands? Ahhhh.... another season of missing the playoffs for Gang Green!! :tongue2:

Mike T has shown he can work the cap and get some solid players. The fins went with a first time HC last year, and the Jets brought in a tough as nails DC to be HC.

And as of right now, Kellen Clemens.

Think the final deal was 6 years for 48 million

The Jets tossed in an extra year that got Scott to bite. As much as I dislike them, this is a great signing for them I think, just what they needed. If they find a decent pass rush and second corner their defense might actually be pretty solid.

A little early for the bust talk... but he has struggled. If anyone can turn him around, RR can.
