It's simply. He NEEDS to go with the Bills.
    Too old.
We can get way better.(read above)Draft, etc.
Injuries will be a issue with him.(still hurting from Zach's hit)Scrambled eggs as JT called it.
We get no info. from him.(New coach and scheme, I'm sure)
Please, all.Besides his lovefest with Chad.(and vise versa) Why would a Dolphins fan really want him?
At this stage I see Bess being a better WR than Coles.

Exactly, trying to recycle Wilford scares the beejebus out of me, but we've paid the guy, might as well try and get some production out of him*.

*And bring in some UDFA Wr or just draft one, or a Tory Holt if the price is right

I think I'd rather pass on Coles. We need a #1 WR. Coles is not not that. He's #2 WR at this point in his career. We already have that.

Hey Mary! I not thrilled with the idea. If he comes real cheap, maybe, but I think we need to find that bigger, red-zone threat, go-up-and-get-it kind of guy whom will compliment Camarillo, Ginn and Bess, which is why I'm hoping we draft Kenny Britt with our 2a pick. ;)

Ya know, at first I thought Coles would be a nice addition here. Now, the more I think about it the more I really couldnt care less if he ends up here or not. As much as I'd like to see him and pennington work together again, I just dont think he fits here with the group of guys we have right now. Id hate to see him go to buffalo though, He seems to always kill us when he plays us...

I think we're better off without him though at this point because you then have to decide who he takes playing time from. Camarillo was Mr Reliable, and Bess really came into his own as the season progressed, and as his playing time increased, Ginn is... well Ginn. He progressed nicely though from last year, so we should expect him to do that again. That being said... I just don't see why we would replace one of those up and coming young guys with Coles...

I'll be happy either way... but... those are just my thoughts on the situation

Camarillo has neither straight-line speed to out-run defenders, nor the size to out muscle and out-leap them. What he had were very crisp cuts on his routes.

Coming back from a knee injury, he probably won't be very crisp in his cuts for awhile. don;t expect to open the season with Camarillo playing at last year's level. You may be disappointed.

We have to pick up a WR. If not in FA, then via the draft.

I'm down with all of the above. I'd even think about a one year deal for Harrison. Like BPK says above me, Cammy won't be ready IMO to start the season and well into it. He might be able to play but not at the same level he was at.........at first. So Wr is a need and Wilfork don't scare me. Heck, he didn't scare anyone last year. He's either gonna make some drastic change or he's just done. Hard to trust him even though the money paid him is a lot.

Exactly, now to be fair, Wilford was always productive in Jacksonville, but after a season as the invisible man, it is difficult to see us rely on him.

A part of me wonders if Ireland is a touch..embarrassed?...because he was Ireland first real big money free agent signing and he flopped last year. So come hell or Levernous Coles, Ernest Wilford will earn that darn money!

Wilford had only missed one game the previous 4 years.

It would seem the only way that we were that proactive in telling Coles thanks but no thanks is if we either were going to keep Wilford and see what happens, or if we have someone on our Draft radar.

What intrigues the dickens out of me is St Louis would like to package Orlando Pace and Tory Holt for a mid round pick...

True enough, Padre but Wilford was looked at as a guy who was coming into his own the previous season at Jax. Coles is looking for the bucks first, which you can't blame him for. I see him as a more polished receiver, but with flaws. The question is " Does the Trio think he can mentor our young WRs ??" If the answer is yes, then they'll probably end up going after him harder...

    This appears right after...

Either way it looks like Miami is fading from the Coles game.

That's unfortunate but I'm glad they're not willing to overpay or get in some kind of bidding competition for him. They can live without him in Miami. When I heard he was cut I initially thought Miami might scoop him up quickly like with Chad. I didn't consider how much money he wants though.

Last week and ESPN radio announcer stated that Miami had signed Coles to a three year deal and Armondo Sal said he was in the Miami Airport at the same time Buffalo was saying he was there. IDK what's going on with him.

It seems like Buffalo is the only one bidding for him. His asking price is too much IMO.

Im glad we arent wasting our time on him. We really dont need another WR that is similar to 3 others we have. I feel that we really dont need a new reciever in the draft. Our WR did well last year for such low expectations, problem was the red zone. Thing to remember about that red zone was we used a lot of Brown/Williams for that.
