Doc, I have two all-time favorite TV shows....one from my childhood, Bewitched, and one from my adulthood, and that is MST3K.

So anyone else an MST3K fan ?

 

OMG! are you kidding?! Joel and the bots? Tom Servo?! The best ever......

 

Best ever was "Mr B. Natural" -- some of the most quotable and memorable lines from that one. It was a short, that was attached to War of the Colossal Beast"....the sequel movie to The Amazing Colossal Man.

I remember there was one movie where the main guy had big hand prints on his robe. One of the robots deadpanned, "I wish those hands would just...push him over."

Basically, it is the classic B-movie review show that mocks everything on screen. If it were a thread on a message board...it would be the JTT.

Anyone watch Reno 911? I just found out that my aunt landed a role in the season opener.

What does she look like? Is she an extra? Crap, its on tomorrow, not tonight.

 

From what I was told, she is to play the second in command of a neighboorhood watch group. Not sure how big of a role it is or if it will make it past the cutting room floor.

I forget that she is an actress sometimes. I once was watching a tv show and this one doctor looked awfully familiar...

 

mst3k is hilarious....omg i used to love watching it on sci-fi....

its what i do when i watch ****ty movies with my wife.....talk over it and make jokes.....i never am shorted of laughter when watching it

 

never really gave the show/movie a chance...may have to go back and check it out.

 

The Movie was "okay" but was missing the best element and that was Joel. The show went downhill when it lost Joel from in front of the camera to just producer and writer. However it was still funnier than 99% of the rest of TV.

Still go watch a lot of it on You Tube. I think you'll love it.

 

I actually warmed up to Mike the more I watched him, but it was all fantastic.

 

I have decided, I cant live a lie anymore, I actually really hate the Dolphins. I am a Colts fan, and Manning is ten times the QB Dan Marino ever was. Why the Dolphins have such a huge following is beyond me, the team is terrible.

Don't get me wrong, I watched all the "Mike" episodes and they had their moments, but Joel had classic shows. His delivery of lines was better I think.
