So, i've got a TON of stuff that I tried to unload on ebay...and NO ONE bit....anyone else know where I should try next? I've got a couple super bowl programs.....limited edition becketts with dan marino on the cover.....tons of cards....etc. stuff like that...
i know....i'm trying to convince my dad to put in some shelves in my living room or my bedroom....some of it i'd keep if i could display it. but when it sits in boxes in my closet it's not really useful anymore
Presentation matters. I've been able to unload my stuff quite well. You have a link maybe to an old listing? Could probably see if we can get a little more attraction.
sex up the auction maybe you can throw in some used Dolphin undies as a bonus?? take a nude picture but use the magazine to cover your tatas/card for your shiney private??
Check around local sports card/collectible shops to see if they have any interest or put an ad in the paper. Most of them will try to low ball you, especially with the economy the way it is, but you can get a rough idea of what they'll be willing to give. I have a ****load of stuff packed away somewhere that I might look to sell, all of the autographs, cards, etc that I collected as a kid, so let me know how you make out.
Autographed Kevin Love UCLA jersey to a sports shop offer - $40 Autographed Kevin Love UCLA jersey on eBay final bid - $200 I never go to them anymore.
Yeah, but if she didn't get any bites on ebay and she wants to get rid of them.... You could also try here http://forums.thephins.com/forumdisplay.php?f=54
True though one can keep re-listing it. A few of my auctions had to go that way. But patience does help and especially making a few changes to the format (adding different pics, changing layouts, or fudging, adding, removing a few descriptions).
