    Hold on a minute.

    I wasn't people watching. That's just weird.

    If it wasn't for the chemical burn I got from leaving Nair on too long, I wouldn't even have needed the Frosty in the first place. And even THAT you can blame on Mistress Larry.

    God, you're a weirdo lucky.

    what kind of car was it? did it have leather seats? maybe he didn't want a greasy bag to be sitting on a nice leather seat. therefore, put it in the trunk where a grease stain isn't noticed.

    I just got back from Taco Bell. I saw a guy put 3 burritos in his mouth and crawl into his own trunk.

    Was he a fat guy? I'm wondering if he had food for himself and somebody else and didn't trust himself not to eat it all on the way home.

    Another possibility is that it was for somebody else and he just didn't like the smell.

    I can't however, short of some sort of childhood trauma come up with why it would creep you out. LOL

    So...Did he put his drink in there too? Or just his food. I'm thinking that the trunk is warmer than the rest of the car and maybe he just wanted to keep his food warm.

    If he put a cold drink in there, well, then he's just asking for a mess all over his trunk when it tips over.

    Trunk = food warmer?

    It's simple; he didn't want to eat all the food before he got home, where his wife would then be starving, waiting for her Wendy's which was now in his belly.

    I used to put the food in the trunk of the car all the time when I was getting takeout for my wife and me. Otherwise I'd eat all my fries on the way home; if it was a long way, I'd eat hers too.

    another idea is that he had actually eaten inside and it wasn't take-out, and the bag he put in his trunk was the toy from the kids' meal he got for his son/daughter. just a thought

    Thanks! :knucks:

    I still lurk to see who's around and what's up.

    Spent the past couple of weeks moving so I was off-line here and there. Spending lots of time unpacking boxes--still have boxes everywhere. It'll be months before everything is unpacked and in it's proper place again. I've been throwing out tons of junk. The household purge has begun!

    I put my fast food orders in trunk all time. My reason:

    I always grab the fries and eat few while driving to home. After eating the fries, I usually leave some grease marks on steering wheel and I really hate it so I decided to leave the food in trunk to keep my car clean.
