Not a fan of Freeman.... far too raw for a first rounder, IMO

So would Cleveland consider Pettigrew with Winslow out?

Might be an outside consideration but I think OLB or WR would also make sense. Maybe RB?

    Maclin?
    Pettigrew?
    Brown?
    Wells?

Not sure how it helps too much.

Denver might have pulled the trigger on him. Now they will look to the defense for a 3-4 rebuild. That will take a player away from us. The bucs run a cover 2, so if they picked D, who cares.

    This hurts our 3-4 OLB...pick.

But could be wrong...I am 99% of the time on drafts...lol.

if it keeps going this way ... i would not be surprised if we traded down to an early 2d rounder.

They should and trade Braylon for a 1st. They have major holes in a lot of positions.

Yeah if they don't trade down, he is their best option for a solid chance to make the transition to the NFL.

actually i don't think Ayers was near the top of our board ... he is a tad short - and he is too heavy to be OLB for us. outside of Jackson - i don't think we would have chosen a true DE in rd 1.

Imagine the Philly receiving corps with DeSean Jackson, Kevin Curtis and Jeremy Maclin.

Good value but I thought Pettigrew and Wells were a greater need.

Isn't Maclin the same player as DeSean Jackson?
