I am horrible at mock drafts... I only hit 5 in round 1. I need the steelers to take Eben Britton to get 6.

    How did you guys do?

round 2 picks: can add Johnson to OLB and Maualuga at ILB !

OLB: Barwin, Sintim, Sidbury, Kruger (Sidbury and Kruger are pretty heavy)
ILB: Beckwith, Brinkley (not sold that the FO likes Laurinaitis as much)
    DE: Moore
    CB: Byrd, Butler
    S: Vaughn, Delmas, Moore
    TE: Casey, Cook
    G: Robinson, Levitre
    RB: McCoy
    WR: Dillard

winners: Byrd (CB), Moore (DE) (with Pettigrew, Casey possibilities instead of Moore)

changed as a result of Davis in rd 1: Johnson (OLB), Casey (TE)

With these WRs going so early, it looks like we are gonna target Ramses Barden on day 2 if we are going wideout.

i believe that Boomer wrote that the FO liked Vaughn a lot ... and if he is still there at our pick - we could very well go S there ... wouldn't be my choice, as it isn't a need.

then there is also Casey (TE), Byrd (CB), Barwin (OLB), Johnson (OLB), Sintim (OLB), Dillan (WR) ....

i still think we will try to get Brinkley at ILB in lieu of Maualuga ....

I see NE taking Barwin at their next pick. Will be interesting to see who is still around for us, Ron Brace would be nice.

if Gilbert is there at our pick, i wonder if they might pick him over an OLB.

I say we either go Michael Johnson, Connor Barwon or Darius Butler at 44. I could possibly see Max Unger there as well.

Damn was hoping Brace would last to us, hate the Pats! Wonder if they are planning on letting Wilfork go get a Haynesworth deal after the year and letting Brace replace him? Cant say Id cry over Wilfork going elsewhere (or coming home...).

gah i hate seeing the pats get 4 picks this round... can't wait til round 3 when they get 5

and if the story is true about us 'promising' we'd take darius butler, that means the kid is 3 minutes into the league and ALREADY has a vendetta against us. OOF.

I'm not unhappy about that. He's a 6'6" red zone receiving threat. It's like drafting our very own Boldin.

Almost makes you wonder why we dont offer up a 2nd for Boldin and just take the guesswork out of the whole process...
