OK, I'm back. The wife basically said NFW.

So, as disappointed as I was to pass on Nicks, I think I would OK with Davis/Sintim/Smith.

But, Pat White??? WTF?? Someone please help me understand.

Yeah we could have had Davis, Sintim and Smith. I would've hopped up and down like a kid off his ritalin. I really don't like the Pat White pick but Sean Smith makes me happier. I think the FO must be really high on Cameron Wake so that we didn't have to draft a pass rusher high.

Thinking about our draft as :
    1. Davis
    2a. White
    2b. Smith
    2c. Wake

Helps take the sting off a little bit. And I'm almost positive that we'll have a productive day 2.

wow, Richard Quinn in the 2nd. Awfully early for a blocking tight end if you ask me... might mean that Scheffler is on his way out.

Patrick Turner at #87. 6'5" 223lbs...wow! How come I didn't know about this guy? Impressive specimen for a WR if nothing else.

    Good pick IMO...

Patrick Turner? Im not sure about this one, mostly because ive never heard of him. Apparently a big but underachiever who could have been had much later.

I think it's pretty obvious that we wanted Barden at 87 and may have panicked once he came off the board and picked up Turner. idk about this pick, hopefully he'll end up being Matt Cassel-esque, a hidden talent buried at a big program.

Apparently because hes an underachiever who hasnt lived anywhere near his potential and was mostly considered a 7th rounder at best

This is one of those "trust in the FO" picks I guess. We certainly needed a bigger WR, hopefully we can coach him up and make something of him.
