I would definitely alert the bank that they gave me 4 million more than what I asked for and return the money.

i'd return it and hope for some nice publicity and a decent reward. i wouldnt return it because some greedy, slimey, bailed out bank gazzilionaire board of bloated pigs needs their dough back, and itd be noble. id do it because i'd hate and regret living on the lamb, while always looking over my shoulder.

 

I'd take the money and get my *** to China. I would never again set foot in the USA, and I would have 8 million reasons not to.

If you go to Mexico, you could potentially get extradited. I wouldn't take that chance.

I'd keep it tied up as long as possible and then return it. Maybe put it into a second account and try to keep the interest that accrues

 

I would spirit the money into an account in the Caymans, then negotiate its return - minus a substantial "reward."

things have a way of catching up to you. how long could you go knowing you have all that money stashed away somewhere, going to great lengths to hide it?
