Miami Dolphins Prized Possesion?

Mine is my aulthenetic Ronnie Brown jersey the color is aqua

 

My Brian Cox jersey! Unfortunately it is mostly held together with duct tape now. I made the mistake of playing intramural football against a bunch of Bills fans with it on...

 

I've got so many things, I don't know where to start. I've got a "Dolphin Room" that's wall to wall Dolphins pics, starting line-ups, chairs, clocks, flags, pennants from '72 and '73, cars, trucks, a china cabinet full of books, memorbilia, posters, jerseys, t-shirts, sweats, reboks. I guess one of my most favorites is the starting line-up my sister got me of the '72 team, plus, Shula from Danbury Mint and an autographed menu from Marinos bar & grill. Even got the #13 car Dan sponsored for Nascar. Got to see it at Atlanta Speedway.
Sorry, I went on and on, but I love all my stuff. Most of it has been gifts from family and friends.

 

My old Dan Marino Jersey from when I was like 5, its tattered and I think the numbers are really worn, but thats basically why I became a Dolphins fan.

 

I've got a signed 8" x 10" picture of Dan Marino ... far and away one of my favorite possessions. I've also got a cool "Miami Dolphins Football First Family" plaque that chronicles our jerseys through the history of the franchise.

 

a mini helmet signed by Trace Armstrong, Brian Cox, Chuck Klingbiel and Aubry Beavers.

also an 8x10 trading card of O.J. McDuffy.

 

My TV System of a 42" Panasonic HD 1080i plasma TV monitor, the High Def-Tivo along side of it, and the Bose Surround Sound System that cranks out the sound in High Def. Makes watching football in hi def a very fun experience.

 

My Marino signed Helmet full size. I have had it for years, it is upper deck authenticated.
Then my Marino signed ball.

 

It is some of my cards probably. It used to be a chambers card I had that was 1/10, but now my favorite is probably my Marino rookie card.

My dad was on the Dan Marino show and so i'd say the tape of that and the signed hat he got from dan after the show. Also, the Don shula signed ball and chris chambers threw me his gloves after a game.

 

I hope this is not too lame but.....I have jerseys and autographs and videos of old games and stuff...and they all are pretty cool..but my most prized possesion are my memories of taking my wife and 2 little boys to Dans induction into Canton. I have those memories vivid in my mind to this day. To be able to share my passion for something I love...with my wife...and my 2 little boys...it was priceless. When my sons saw how excited I got...they got excited. They cheered for Don Shula and all the other ex phins there with such fervor.
As a Father..nothing...and I mean nothing means more to me than having my children happy and passing a legacy of a little bit of myself down to them that they will take with them as they live thier lives and I am long gone. It opened up my wifes' eyes to a part of my life and my childhood that she never really understood till that weekend. MY boys still talk about how teary "Daddy" got that weekend and they still talk about all those Aqua jerseys they saw in Canton. Most of all I got "teary" because I got to share it with them...and that is my most prized possesion.
