I would like to thank all the men and women here that serve/has served in our armed forces. You commitment and dedication has made this country what it is. God bless each and everyone of you.
Cheers! May God Bless all those that have served and their familys. There has been much sacrifice along the way to bring us to where we are today. We are blessed, each and every one of us that we live in the greatest nation today on earth, in the most exciting times in human history. It is through the sacrifice of all those before, and those now taking their turn on the wall that I sit here safe and comfortable in home. Those serving today, thank you, and may God continue the Blessings and keep you safe.
Is that a Republic of West Florida Flag in your avatar? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bonnie_Blue_Flag http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Republic_of_West_Florida#Short-lived_Republic Don't remember this in FL history class.
The Bonnie Blue Civil war era. I'll send you a PM as to why so we don't get OT. I have started a thread in the History section about the Bonnie Blue.
I to am thankfull to all the men and women in the Armed Forces who have and are currently serving... We are "One Nation Under God," and owe so much to so many...
It's an honor for those past and present who served, that we enjoy our freedom today. Thank you ever so much.
No matter how bad life gets at times, and this year hasn't been very good to me, I'm very happy to know that at least I still have my freedom. My life does suck right now, but when I think about it, it could be a lot worse.
I want to add my thanks to all of our military men and women. I lost one uncle in WWII, and most of my other relatives later in life. I'm am so proud of all of them. And to all who have served and are serving, may God bless and protect you all. God Bless American!!!!
On behalf of all Canadians, let me say thank you to the US Forces for your efforts over seas. We don't contribute to much, but no one here takes for granted the services both armies provide.
Happy Memeorial Day!!! To all the Vets out there: Happy Memorial Day! Just wanted to give any of you vets out there a shout out! Woooooo!
To every man or woman who has ever stood a watch or manned a post, to that long grey line, to all of those brave souls who lie in waters to deep to ever recover or in shallow unmarked graves I am humbled by all that you've given up so I can breath the air and taste the sweetness of freedom. I can only hope that I've lived a life worthy of the blood you've freely shed for me. I'm proud you call me brother. May God bless you one and all because surely in his eyes you are not forgotten.
