thanks Gardenhead It's a short, really short video that has jake at the practice field and he talks about the Blocking Sled machine. He goes on to say it's not fun and you can only push the sled (with padded dlineman dummies on it) for about 8-10 reps. Gets the legs burning. He did say the sled was great for hand technique and it forces you to stay low and and work on your form/technique. It was literally like 20-30 seconds in length.

I read the article the other day while in the waiting room of a DR.s office. The article seemed to cover more about the origins of the Blocking Sled then about our upcoming LT. Still a pretty good article and some good exposure for Jake Long.
